Senior Property Accountant
Hybrid - Calabasas, CA
The Position
We have partnered with one of LA’s fastest growing Real Estate Investment firm that specializes in acquiring, developing, and repositioning multifamily assets, to help them find a top tier Asset Management Analyst to join their growing team.
This is a newly created position due to growth. The Senior Accountant will be involved in engaging work including financial reporting, month end close, reconciliations, CAM calculations, lender compliance and budgeting.
The work schedule will be 2 days remote and 3 days in office located in Calabasas.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related major
4+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting or reporting experience, including real estate accounting; strong familiarity with lender compliance and CAM calculations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to read financial statements.
Experience with YARDI or REALPAGE is highly preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
